From requirements to a practical arrangement
We welcome conversations with home-care organisers and partners referring family enquiries. Start with the location, timing, type of support and the role of each party. These details help establish whether a proposal can be prepared.
Tasks and responsibilities
Agree the activities, relevant skills and allocation of organisational responsibilities. Each party should understand what they are responsible for and which matters need separate confirmation.
Availability and start dates
The proposed date, number of people needed and language requirements inform the availability check. An initial enquiry does not guarantee staffing or a start date.
Communication and terms
Identify contact people, the information required and a process for reporting changes. Payment arrangements, acceptance of changes and the end of cooperation should be agreed before work starts.
Tell us what your organisation needs
Include your company name, country or region, expected scope and approximate timing. For multiple enquiries, describe the anticipated scale. Do not include information identifying care recipients in an initial message.
